As a Merchandiser at Alemais, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy and ensuring the successful execution of merchandising plans. Ensuring ranges are aligned with Alemais’ brand vision, customer needs and business objectives.
As the Customer Service & eCommerce Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and processing online store returns. Your focus will be on ensuring all customers receive a memorable pre and post purchase experience, positively contributing to their overall experience with ALEMAIS.
