- If you would like to receive your garment sooner, same-day delivery is available within the Sydney Metro for $25 (order should be placed before 1pm)

We understand that slight wear and tear might happen.
Due to this, we include insurance in the rental fee to cover $100 worth of minor stains and damage.
However, significant damage and theft aren't covered under insurance. If the item is damaged beyond repair, the renter will be charged the market value of the item to the credit card used for the order or another card linked to your account. However, for lost & non-returned items, the renter will be charged up to 300% of the retail price.

We measure every item by hand to help you choose the best fit. We recommend you compare these product measurements to a similar garment you already own. To do this, place the garment on a flat surface and take all measurements.

Bust - Measure across the garment, in line with the under-arm seam, and double the figure.
Waist - Measure across the garment, in line with your natural waistline and double the figure.
Hip - Measure across the garment, in line with your natural hip and double the figure.
Length - Measure from the highest point on garment to the hem.
Sleeve Length - Measure in a straight line, from the centre back to the shoulder seam. Then from the tip of shoulder to the cuff of sleeve and combine measurements.
Rise - Measure from the top edge of centre front waistband, then under crotch and to top edge of centre back waistband.

For a garment to meet this value, a minimum of 50% of the fabric must meet our preferred materials guideline. These materials have a reduced impact on the environment than conventional fibres. These fibres include Linen and Hemp.
